Charles W. DeSanti

Mr. DeSanti earned a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas A&M University. Charles “Chuck” DeSanti began his career in government, at the PB Country Zoning Department and subsequently moved to head up the Downtown Redevelopment Agency (“DDA”) for West Palm Beach, Florida.

Chuck as trained in the development business by Lennard Miller, co-founder of the Lennar Corporation. Chuck worked closely with the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund (“MSREF”) who partnered with Lennar, bid and was successful in closing one of the largest RTC sealed bid acquisitions in the 1990’s, the Ameri-First Portfolio. MSFEF introduced Chuck to Kitson & Partners (“KP”), where he joined KP as a partner and was responsible for the entitlement and approval process for the largest single sustainable development in Florida, the Babcock Ranch.

His experience in the Planning and Zoning has led him to chair a number of local and regional panels of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”); he founded DSA, Inc. where he served as President and where he had underwritten many of Morgan Stanley’s projects in Florida.

Chuck sits on the Board of CPC Engineering and has enjoyed a 30-year business relationship. Chuck is the Chief Development Officer and is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
